There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost. Conditions for return:
- Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 72 hours of delivery.
- Products/Items should be UNUSED and UN-CUSTOMIZED
- Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
- It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage to goods in transit.
- Returns or Exchange are not possible in case of sizing issues. Thus please give your order carefully before making your purchase.
We will process the refund after receipt of the product by Jungleedeals partner. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order.
Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 10 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to a bank account.
For all other modes of payment, we will send a refund cheque. The cheque will be made in favour of the name as in the "billing name" provided at the time of placing the order.
PS: Once refunded, an e-mail confirmation is sent to the customer about a refund.
Orders In Processing state are only subjected to be cancelled. But once they are processed, cancellation is not accepted.
You can cancel your orders within one hour of booking the same order. You are requested to immediately email at email@example.com or call at +91- 88 66 28 44 99 along with your order number for any cancellations to be made. Your orders can also be cancelled if my Jungleedeals team finds your payments have not been received. An email notification is sent to you when we cancel the order.

We can ship to virtually any address in India. The shipping price and delivery schedule are as per our Courier partner.
Please also note that the shipping rates for all items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full grams.
Depending on the shipping address within India, post order, this should take 5-7 days overall to get delivered. In some rare cases, due to delivery address accessibility issues, it may take longer to receive the shipment. Nevertheless, we will keep you updated with any such delays.
Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.
